This week's soccer !!

Both boys started their regular seasons today. Sam played early this morning and his team won 3-1. They lost twice last year to the same team so apparently they have improved.

Spencer's team played at 12:30 and it was very hot. Four of our players were doing scout stuff so we didn't have any subs. Our guys were exhausted. It was so hot that their feet were burning and they had to continue to poor water on them. We only lost 2-1 to a team that beat us really badly twice last year. We even had to play the last half one man down as one player was injured. We had a shot with about 30 seconds left that went off the crossbar. Spencer probably played as tough as I have ever seen him and actually got into some shoving matches with some guys on the other team.
